The house contains about 230 square meters of living space, and its beauty is completed by nearly 1,000 square meters of land. The house offers a spectacular view of the "center of world" (as native Split people like to call their town), half of the town can be seen from the house. You can see Riva, Matejuška, the port, and "half of the Adriatic" can be seen as well. A few minutes walk away there are the lungs of te city of Split - Marjan hill, and the ACI marina Split. The house has two floors and ground floor. The ground floor is composed as a flat of 60-odd square meters, with a large bedroom, living room and kitchen. The first floor is dominated by a large living room with antique furniture, dating from the mid-nineteenth century. Next to the living room there is a separate dining room, a sort of winter garden with a large table for formal lunches and dinners. In these two rooms as if time has stopped, everything has a patina. The first floor is still operating room, toilet and a large and modern kitchen. Large balcony located on the first floor facade dominates the house and offers a spectacular view. On the second floor there are two small and one large bedroom and bathroom. Entire house was built of stone, the thick walls, so that in summer it is very pleasant, and also in winter when the cold cannot be felt much. The house is heated by tiled stoves, and has central heating.
Located at a secret location on the "famous" Marjan hill, immediately after Marjan stairs, at the Solurat, at the very beginning of Marasovićeva street. The city is seen as on hand palm and everything is five minutes walking distance: the fish market, Pazar, Riva, Marmont ...
