Istria, Dubravci, Kanfanar Municipality. Total plot areas 3782 sqm parcelled in 3 separate building plots with a location permit and preliminary designs for building 3 traditional Istrian stone villas with outdoor swimming pools.
Dubravci is a settlement in the Municipality of Kanfanar in the Istrian County, situated in the centre of Istria. Lim Cove is a distinct feature of this area. It is a deep valley, app 10 km long, that stretches from the Cave of Pazin in the north, throughout the centre of the municipality, and all the way to Lim Bay in the west. Lim Cove and Lim Peak connect the inland with the Adriatic Sea, so Kanfanar could link coastal and continental tourism in Istria. New state express highway, including Istrian Y and its main junction in the Kanfanar area, have enormous influence on the traffic and economic significance of this area. Kanfanar has a Mediterranean climate with Submediterranean characteristics, especially towards the inland. Summers are warm, fair and sunny, while winters are mild. It is recommended to everyone who likes nature, sports or family cycling and hiking paths, as well as traditional Istrian gastronomic cuisine. While revealing the beauty of this area, you should visit some of many sacral monuments in this area, such as St. Silvester's Church from the 13th century, St. Mary's from Lakuća Church from the 14th century or St Agatha's Church from the 10th century. There is also the most important cultural monument, a world heritage site - medieval town Dvigrad with the remains of Romanic basilica. In July, you can take part in the festivity of Jakovljevo and see the exhibition of the indigenous Istrian bull- Boškarin which is on the list of endangered animals because of its possible extinction.
