Crown Realty Ltd with its head office located at Pomer 156, Pula (hereafter referred to as “Real estate agent” or “Agent”) is an authorized trade association which meets the conditions determined by the Croatian Real Estate Law [Zakon o posredovanju u prometu nekretnina (Narodne novine107/07)].

By the Standard business requirements the Real estate agent, in accordance with the Croatian Real Estate Law [Zakon o posredovanju u prometu nekretnina (NN 107/07)], determines the general terms of business relations between the Agent and the natural or legal person who concludes a written business contract with the Real estate agent for purchase, sale, exchange, rental and lease (hereafter referred to as “Bidder”).

The Standard business requirements are available in written form and displayed in a visible place at the business premises of the Agent, located at the address: Pomer 156, Pula.

The Standard business requirements are applied together with the individual business contracts and other contracts concluded with the Bidder. The Standard business requirements form a constituent part of an individual contract concluded with the Bidder. If the individual contract concluded with the Bidder differs from the terms of the Standard business requirements, the terms of the individual contract are to be applied.
